Mining lamp is a common lighting equipment in mining production. Let's take a look at the requirements for the use of mining lamps.
In order to meet the visual requirements of different lighting installation conditions and production operations, the reflector of industrial and mining lamps has a variety of light distributions. Pay attention to the airtightness of the housing and the appearance of the reflector in a humid environment. In dusty environment, sealed lamp or convection lamp with high luminous flux shall be used. Industrial and mining lamps can work reliably for a long time in dusty and humid environment. Industrial and mining lamps have special requirements in structural design, shell and reflector. In dusty environment, sealed lamp or convection lamp with high luminous flux shall be used.
There are many ways to fix the mining lamp. The common lighting equipment includes ceiling, embedded, hoisting (straight pipe or chain) and wall absorption. Generally, open lamps are usually used indoors. Enamel surface reflector shall be selected, with thick aluminum oxide film or aluminum reflector coated with silicon dioxide protective film. Movable local illuminators are equipped with corresponding handles, hooks, clamps, etc. Fixed local illuminators are usually firmly locked on the working machine by screws or fixing mechanisms.
For large factories and large machine tool sites requiring separate lighting, reflectors made of materials with strong light control characteristics, such as prismatic glass, mirror glass and polished aluminum, can be used to obtain narrow beam distribution.
The paint and glaze on the surface make it look white, and the reflector made of aluminum, glass mirror, prismatic glass and other materials can obtain wide light diffusion, which is suitable for large area, vertical or nearly vertical workplaces.
